After Hours Clinic
Our clinic offers after-hours care by appointment only, for same-day urgent concerns, available exclusively to Grandview Medical Centre patients. To book an after-hours appointment, please call us starting at 4:00 p.m. on weekdays or 8:00 a.m. on Saturdays.

 

Clinic Registration
When visiting Monday through Friday, please remember to register at one of our check-in kiosks or the front desk at every visit. 

 

Missed Appointments
Missed appointments prevent other patients in need from accessing care. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Failing to provide adequate notice will result in a $50 missed appointment fee. Multiple missed or late-cancelled appointments without proper notice may result in re-booking only after a 6-month probationary period.  This policy applies to all appointments with our physicians.  We appreciate your cooperation in helping us provide timely and efficient care for all patients.
