Our team includes doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, and other health professionals who each bring their own skills and experience. By working as a team, we can make sure patients get the right care, at the right time, close to home.
At Grandview Medical Centre Family Health Team, we run several programs to help patients manage chronic conditions. We also have a strong team of health professionals, including Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, Lactation Consultants, Diabetes Educators, Registered Dietitians, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Social Workers. Together, we aim to give our patients extra support and better care.
