Our referral-based Mental Health Program provides time-limited, individual counselling and assessments for patients experiencing mild to moderate challenges. Services are delivered by experienced social workers who are committed to supporting you through difficult times.

Our mental health team works closely with your family physician to provide timely, high-quality, and comprehensive mental health care. Using a collaborative approach, we ensure that your treatment is coordinated and tailored to your unique needs.
How to Access Mental Health Support
If you are struggling with life challenges or have concerns about your mental health, speak openly with your family doctor or any member of our Family Health Team. Open communication helps ensure that you are referred to the appropriate mental health professional for your situation.

If you have access to counselling through an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP), other workplace benefit programs, or Ontario Works/ODSP, we encourage you to use those resources first.
