Our team of Registered Dietitians provides personalized, evidence-based nutrition guidance to help you achieve your health goals. Our Registered Dietitians provide guidance for individuals with diverse health needs, including:

  • Digestive and Gastrointestinal Conditions: Acid reflux, Crohn’s disease, colitis, diverticulitis/diverticulosis, inflammatory bowel syndrome (IBS), lactose intolerance, celiac disease

  • Metabolic and Chronic Conditions: High blood pressure, high cholesterol, prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, gout, early stages of kidney disease

  • Bone and Nutritional Health: Anemia, osteoporosis

  • Life Stage and Growth: Child and teen nutrition, infant feeding and introduction to solid foods, prenatal nutrition

  • Eating Patterns and Dietary Choices: Vegetarianism, veganism, and eating disorders

 

Accessing Nutritional Counselling
You do not need a physician referral to access our Registered Dietitian services. If you are a patient at Grandview Medical Centre, simply call 519-623-4200, extension 5 to schedule an appointment.
