Our team includes physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, dietitians, pharmacists, and other allied health professionals—all committed to supporting the health and well-being of every patient we serve.

Administration Staff
Executive Director
Our Executive Director places a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.
As a key member of the Grandview Medical Centre Family Health Team, the Executive Director reports to the Board of Directors and provides guidance on policy, risk management, financial oversight, human resources, and quality monitoring. They actively support programs and services by fostering patient-centered, team-based practices that meet professional standards and best practices.
In partnership with the Board, the Executive Director develops strategic plans and serves as a liaison with the community, the Cambridge North Dumfries Ontario Health Team (OHT), and the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care (MOHLTC).
Clinical/Nursing Lead
Our Clinical Manager provides leadership that reflects Grandview’s mission, vision, and core values. In addition to nursing responsibilities, they oversee the clinical team, support human resource management, and assist with conflict resolution. They play a key role in day-to-day operations, including administration, information management, and facility maintenance, ensuring smooth functioning of the clinic and quality patient care.
Office Coordinator
Our Office Coordinators are vital members of our team. They maintain the clinic, improve patient access, coordinate services, and ensure quality care. Working closely with both team members and patients, they support the mission, vision, and core values of the Grandview Medical Centre Family Health Team.
Referral Clerks
Our Referral Clerks manage all referrals to specialists, hospitals, and other healthcare providers. They ensure that patients’ referrals are processed efficiently and that all necessary documentation is accurate and complete, helping to provide timely access to care.
ICT Administrator
Our ICT Administrator manages the clinic’s information and communication technology systems. They ensure that all digital tools, software, and networks operate efficiently, securely, and reliably to support staff and patient care.
Clinical Receptionists
Our Clinical Receptionists are the first point of contact for patients. They schedule appointments, manage patient inquiries, and provide essential support to clinical staff, ensuring smooth operations and a positive patient experience.
Patient Medical Records / Accounting
Our Patient Medical Records and Accounting team manages patient records, billing, and financial transactions. They ensure that records are accurate, secure, and up-to-date while supporting smooth billing processes and financial operations to maintain the clinic’s efficiency and accountability.
Privacy Officer
The Grandview Medical Centre Family Health Team has appointed a Privacy Officer who ensures compliance with the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA), develops privacy policies, and conducts routine audits of how information is used. For more information on PHIPA, click here.
Interdisciplinary Healthcare Professionals
Nursing Team
Our Nursing Team provides essential support in promoting health, preventing illness, and managing chronic conditions. They educate patients and families on healthy living and are available to administer immunizations, injections, wart treatments, ear syringing, and other appropriate procedures. Our nurses also coordinate communication of test results, manage medication requests with pharmacists, and triage patient calls to ensure timely and effective care. Medical Office Assistants
Our Medical Office Assistants play a vital role in supporting clinical operations and ensuring smooth patient flow throughout the clinic. They assist with tasks such as taking blood pressure and weight measurements, and collecting specimens. During urgent care and after-hours clinics, they triage appointments, record vital signs, and help manage patient flow to ensure efficient service delivery.
Clinical Pharmacists
Our Clinical Pharmacists participate in a variety of clinical programs designed to ensure safe, effective, and comprehensive medication management for chronic conditions. They serve as a valuable resource for both patients and healthcare providers, helping to optimize treatment plans and improve medication outcomes. Social Workers
Our Mental Health Team, which includes Social Workers, provides support to patients of all ages—from children to seniors. They offer consultations and short-term therapy for a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, stress management, grief, and bereavement. Registered Dietitians
Our Registered Dietitians offer expert nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy for a variety of health conditions, including irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), gastrointestinal disorders, food allergies and intolerances, arthritis, and kidney or liver conditions.
