Wait List

Grandview Medical Centre is currently accepting requests from individuals who do not have a family physician to be added to our patient wait list. Requests are reviewed as physician availability allows, and placement on the wait list does not guarantee immediate attachment to a provider.

Due to the high volume of inquiries, our administrative staff are unable to provide updates, timelines, or confirmation of an individual’s position on the wait list. For this reason, we kindly ask that you do not contact the office regarding wait list status.

Patients seeking a family physician in Ontario are also encouraged to register with Health Care Connect, the provincial program designed to help match patients with available primary care providers.

To ensure fair and efficient processing, please submit your request only once. Duplicate submissions may result in delays. Thank you for your understanding.
